Imagine, a new crepe has come into the kid's dishes of the menu in PalacsintaHáz, the Snoopy pancake. On the one hand this is interesting for me because this crepe with wheat cream and fresh strawberry is incredibly tasty, on the other hand because of it's story. Namely this crepe has been developed by my friend, Kornél, it has been made based on his idea and instructions.
We have sat together with this 6 year old little guy on the terrace of PalacsintaHáz recently nibbling a nutella-strawberry pancake when he asked me why I was so worried. I told him that I dragged my brain about a new crepe, but I didn't have a normal idea. He said to me the recipe of Snoopy pancake, his invention, and asked if it would have been good? That time all my worries went away, we ran to the kitchen and present the idea. Our chefs created it and after a small soften Kornél accepted it. Since then we have eaten it several times.
